Prenatal Care

  • Monthly visits from first appointment to 28 weeks

  • Bi-weekly visits from 28 to 36 weeks

Labor & Birth

  • Labor support and comfort

  • Continuous assessment of maternal and fetal health

  • Comfort measures like essential oils, massage, and hydrotherapy

  • Techniques to optimized fetal position

  • Support and guidance through pushing to avoid perineal lacerations

  • Numbing agents and advanced suturing skills for perineal/labial lacerations

  • Skin-to-skin time between mother and baby

  • Delayed cord clamping

  • Therapeutic herbal bath to aid in healing and bonding

  • Complete and comprehensive newborn examination 

  • Breastfeeding support

  • Access to emergent resuscitative equipment

  • Access to IV fluids and IV antibiotics if indicated

  • Access to medications that prevent and manage postpartum hemorrhage

  • Erythromycin and Vitamin K injection for the baby if desired by the parents
